Hybrid securities
ING Groep N.V. has issued several hybrid
securities to strengthen ING's capital base. These hybrid
securities are perpetual fixed income securities with callability
features, structurally subordinated to the senior debt instruments
issued by ING Group. Due to the characteristics of these
securities, ING Group is allowed to include hybrid securities in
its capital for regulatory purposes. Hybrid Securities form an
asset class in seniority and risk profile between equity and senior
debt.
Bonds
ING Groep N.V. has issued several fixed or
floating rate bonds, most of them on the basis of the EUR 15
billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. Click hereunder for the
most recent version of the Programme – prospectus and the
supplement. For bonds issued before 15 September 2008 earlier
versions of the Programme - prospectus are applicable.
ING Bank Covered Bond
ING Bank N.V. may issue Covered Bonds under its
Global issuance Programme.
